1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition.

• A valid proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized furniture

• Clearance or final sale items

• Items that have been assembled, modified, or show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damage or defect

• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including applicable shipping costs, at no additional charge.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Once approved, you will receive return authorization and instructions.

• Approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.

Unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

• Original shipping fees, duties, and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Applicable GST, HST, or PST will be refunded in accordance with Canadian tax regulations.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Orders that have already shipped must follow the return process.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable Canadian provincial consumer protection laws, which may provide additional protections depending on your province or territory.
